Information & Fees

We would be grateful if you could complete registration form when you 'join us' and ensure all relevant information is provided if they are intending to join our club.

Please ensure you have read and agreed to the ‘code of conduct’ for players and parents and carers and Club Constitution.

This is part of the club’s commitment to provide a positive learning environment for you players, young people and coaches/volunteers representing the club have agreed to similar codes committing them to the values of this club.

For the safety of you as a player or your child it is important that the club is informed of any medical condition or allergies that may be relevant, should yourself or your child fall ill or be involved in an accident while at the club.

If you would like to talk to someone at the club about this information or your child’s involvement with the club, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We are keen to involve parents in the club and would like to invite you to an open netball session. Where you can meet Club Juniors Coaches and Club members and find out more about the Club. This will be the First training session of the 24/25.

We are a not-for-profit community club, so we aim to keep fees low as possible for our members.

Fees help us to cover league and tournament club registration, court hire, insurance, umpire cost and equipment, running netball events, so we appreciate your support.

*Initial/first Junior membership will receive a club T shirt.

Concessions in place for siblings

Any families who has more than 1 child participating in the club will have each child’s members club fees reduced by £10

CLUB JUNIOR FULL League Player *ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP include all training/matches including any friendlies and annual club fee: £170 TO BE PAID 1, 2 or 3 instalments which will allow players to attend as often they choose over each month. Please let us know which you prefer.

*League Players whom participating NNI league competitions u14 and u16 teams.

CLUB JUNIOR Full NON League Players Annual Membership:include all training/ friendlies/ blitz matches including and annual club fee: £130 TO BE PAID 1, 2 or 3 instalments which will allow players to attend as often they choose over each month. Please let us know which you prefer.

Payment will be via TEAMO to access please go to FEES/Payments in Teamo under payments on your mobile or laptop app.

Netball NI Affiliation: If your child is participating in official NNI League Competition, the Netball NI Affiliation fee charged by Netball NI of JNR Players £30 plus process fee this is access via Netball NI Affiliation link on this website.

But you will be advised of this in advance by your coach.

Juniors p5, p6, p7 and other older junior players who will not yet participating in Netball NI league still need to register with Netball NI small fee: Casual player: £5 plus process fee. This is accessed via Netball NI Affiliation link on our website.

Registration

In August/September each player will be asked to opt in for the new season when on Teamo. Data collected on the registration form on Teamo will only be used for club business and will only be shared on a need to know basis with key members of the club. By registering on Teamo each season you are giving consent for your data to be collected. Full information on our GDPR policies can be found on the Club Documents page.

All returning members should re-register by 08 September. If you are moving away from the club please let the Admin Officer know so that you can be removed from the database

Payments

Junior fees will be assigned in September to all member accounts. All will be collected via the Teamo app.

Netball NI offer a range of memberships to ensure you can participate at a level that’s right for you, whether you’re just starting out at junior club level, returning to train casually at your club, or competing for a League title.

Anyone training or involved in a Netball NI affiliated club, or competing at international level for Northern Ireland should have one of the following memberships:

Please note Netball NI individual affiliation is separate to your club’s membership fees and is paid directly to Netball NI.

 Membership Options

Netballers affiliated to a club and competing in senior Netball NI domestic leagues, Shield and Plate competitions. Membership category refers to member age and not necessarily the corresponding event.

Over 17 years of age on 1 Sept 2024

Cost: £35 per year (+ online transaction fee)

Netballers affiliated to a club and competing in Netball NI domestic leagues and Shield competitions. Membership category refers to member age and not necessarily the corresponding event.

 Under 17 years of age on 1 Sept 2024

Cost: £20 per year (+ online transaction fee)

Participants training in Netball NI league clubs, social hubs and festivals.

 Casual Member or Social netball not participating in NNI organised events

(Netballers training in an Netball NI affiliated club but not competing in any competition)

Cost: £1 per year (+ online transaction fee)

This membership category is a nominal fee to help Netball NI capture the true number of netball participants in NI. This will help us to report accurate engagement figures to funders, sponsors and assist with potential support for netball in the future.

 Associate Member

Non-competitive club members e.g. coaches, umpires, officials and club office bearers.

Cost: £20 per year (+ online transaction fee)

Umpires must be affiliated to a club or school in order to officiate in NNI domestic competitions.

Note: This category applies to those coaches and umpires who are not also playing for a team, for example an individual may be a senior player as well as an umpire, and should register as a senior club member.
